At the District Level, following officers are under the administrative control of the Directorate of Rural Development Kashmir in one or the other manner.:-

1. Project Officer Wage Employmnet (ACD)
2. Assistant Commissioner Panchayat (ACP)
3. Executive Engineer (Rural Engineering Wing)

At the Block level, Block Development Officers are assisted by Panchayat Inspectors, SO`s Planning, AAOs, Mukhi Sevikas, Junior Engineers, Panchayat Secretaries, Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) besides other supporting staff under MGNREGA like Programme Officer, Technical Assistant, GRS, MIS Operators engaged on contractual basis on consolidated wages in discharging their duties.
